Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at Aquatics Hub If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer the following refund policy for our services:

 

1. Public Swimming Admission

• No refunds are provided for single-use tickets. If your swimming session is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or maintenance).

 

2. Swim School (Lessons)

• If your swimming session is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or maintenance), you may be offered an alternative date or a credit.

• No refund will be issued for missed classes unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies).

 

3. Swim Club Memberships

• Memberships are non-refundable once the membership period has started.

• If the swim club is canceled or your membership is suspended by us, a prorated refund will be provided for any unused portion of your membership.

 

4. Special Events/Programs

• Refunds for special events or programs are handled on a case-by-case basis.
